This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vehicle technician or someone looking to develop their career within the automotive industry. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before they reach our customers.

The Role

As a Prep Technician, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery, sale and customer use, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards for safety, presentation and quality.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out vehicle preparation and pre-delivery inspections

• Completing routine servicing and maintenance work

• Carrying out mechanical checks and minor repairs

• Identifying and reporting any additional work required

• Preparing new and used vehicles to the required standard

• Working efficiently to meet agreed deadlines

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop

• Following manufacturer and company procedures at all times

• Working closely with the wider sales and aftersales teams

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Ideally experienced in a vehicle technician, mechanic or vehicle preparation role

• Mechanically minded with a genuine interest in vehicles

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Organised, reliable and conscientious

• Committed to delivering high-quality work

• Able to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

• A full UK driving licence holder

A relevant automotive qualification or previous workshop experience would be advantageous, but we’re also happy to consider candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
