Technician

We’re expanding our Service Team and looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians at all levels. With specialist EV training and manufacturer support, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Master Technician or Diagnostic Specialist, while future proofing your skills in the fast growing EV sector.

£2,000 joining bonus:

• £1,000 after 3 months of continuous employment
• £1,000 after 6 months and successful completion of probation

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, and EV systems
• Use technical resources such as wiring diagrams and bulletins
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently
• Road test vehicles before and after repair work
• Deliver first time fixes to ensure customer satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent)
• Experience in servicing, mechanical repair, or diagnostics
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team oriented mindset
• Background in franchised dealerships or independent garages
• Motivation to develop into EV, Master Technician, or Diagnostic roles
