Technician

Salary is based upon experience and includes a time saved bonus.

More about the Role:

We are looking for a fully qualified technician, ideally with a valid MOT certificate, albeit not essential for the right candidate. You must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 in vehicle mechanics, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude as well as a willingness to work as part of an effective team.

Our Technicians are a fundamental part of our Service team and are responsible for accurately completing repair and service records, as well as any other appropriate activities. You will gain a full understanding of our preparation process and have a proven ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs.

Your duties will include road testing vehicles after repair, using diagnostic equipment and stripping down and reconditioning major units. Whether your experience is from a volume franchised dealer or an independent garage we would love to talk to you about joining our team.

The successful candidate will also be enrolled in the Kia academy and provided with full manufacturer training, to ensure development for a rewarding future career.
