Group Warranty Administrator

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing and submitting manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within deadlines.
• Reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Monitoring outstanding, rejected and unpaid claims, resolving issues promptly.
• Reconciling warranty payments and investigating discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate warranty records in line with manufacturer and company requirements.
• Liaising with manufacturers regarding claim queries, appeals and policy updates.
• Supporting dealership teams during manufacturer warranty audits.
• Working collaboratively with Service, Aftersales, Parts and Finance departments.
• Identifying opportunities to improve warranty recovery and reduce rejected claims.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an automotive Warranty Administrator role (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Great communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and compliance.
• Experience using Kerridge, CDK or Keyloop.
• Experience working across multiple dealership sites or brands.
• Experience supporting manufacturer warranty audits.
• Automotive or business administration qualifications.
