Working Hours: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with service, repair and maintenance enquiries.
Supporting the Service Advisors with booking vehicles into the workshop.
Updating customers on the progress of their vehicles.
Learning dealership systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
Assisting with service administration, job cards and invoicing.
Supporting the Parts and Service departments where required.
Ensuring customers receive outstanding service throughout their journey.
Developing knowledge of Suzuki products, services and manufacturer standards.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic IT literacy.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable.
A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
