As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving performance, developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the dealership becomes a destination of choice for both new and used vehicle customers.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the sales department, leading by example and creating a culture of accountability, energy, and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive departmental sales performance and profitability across new and used vehicles
- Achieve and exceed manufacturer, financial, and operational targets
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Monitor and improve enquiry management, sales processes, and conversion rates
- Maximise sales of finance, insurance, warranty, and value-added products
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and manufacturer standards
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain outstanding showroom standards and operational excellence
- Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and key stakeholders
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and ongoing team development
About You
